TikTok Baked Oats Recipes

If you haven’t already jumped on the baked oats bandwagon then honestly, where have you been?! It’s safe to say that this trending breakfast meal has taken over ovens worldwide, so finding a recipe you love can seem overwhelming.

 

Not to worry Bo+Tee team, we got you! We’ve searched TikTok high and low for some inspo on how to make baked oats, all with a 5 star rating. So preheat your oven and make sure you’re stocked up on rolled oats, it’s time to get to it…

 

#1. Cookie Dough by @callascleaneats

Ingredients:

½ cup of oats

½ banana

1 egg

¼ cup milk of choice

¼ tsp baking soda

Pinch of salt

Chocolate chips

 

Method:

Add all ingredients, except the chocolate chips, to a blender and blend until fully combined. Pour the batter into an oven safe baking dish, top with chocolate chips and bake at 180 degrees for approx. 20 minutes. 

 

#2. White Chocolate & Raspberry by @tazxbakes

Ingredients:

1 egg

75g plain oats

0.75 tsp baking powder

1 tsp granulated sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

50ml milk of choice

Pinch of salt

Frozen raspberries

White chocolate chips

 

Method:

Add all dry ingredients to a bowl and mix. Add in all the egg, milk and vanilla extract and mix until smooth, then fold in some of your white chocolate chips. Pour the batter into an ovenproof dish and add some more chocolate chips and frozen raspberries to the top. Bake at 190 degrees for approx. 10 minutes.

Ingredients:

½ cup of oats

¼ cup of any milk 

½ banana

¼ tsp baking soda

1 lemon zest

1 lemon juice

Handful of blueberries

 

Method:

Add all ingredients, except the blueberries, to the blender and blend until mostly smooth. Add the blended baked oats mixture to your oven safe baking dish. Add your handful of blueberries to the top and bake at 180 degrees for approx. 15 minutes.

 

#4. Chocolate & Banana by @bearenger

Ingredients:

½ banana mashed

½ cup of oats

2 tbsp cocoa powder

1 tbsp maple syrup

½ tsp vanilla

1 pinch salt

¼ cup oat milk

½ tsp baking powder

Handful of chocolate chips

 

Method:

Add all ingredients, except your chocolate chips, to your baking dish and mix. Once fully combined, sprinkle the chocolate chips on the top and add some slices of banana. Bake at 200 degrees for approx. 20 minutes.
