You'll receive a return label or QR and instructions by email.

Pack your items securely and drop them off at your nearest location.
Good to know.
Return fees are priced per return, and will be deducted from your refund at the time it's processed. For new customers, your first return will be free of charge if we provide a label.
UK Customers. If you opt for an exchange or store credit then this will be FREE of charge*. Refunds will be charged £3.95 per return.
International Customers. We offer labels for 28 countries. View our return fees here. If your country isn't listed, you can still register your return using our portal.
Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we'll process your refund / store credit / exchange within 5 working days for UK customers and 14 days for International customers. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's been processed, and should allow a further 3-5 working days for funds to appear in your account.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, returned with all original tags attached, free from marks, perfume, deodorant, or other signs of wear.
