We’re delighted to be the first retailer to launch an Online Clothing Bank, allowing our UK customers to donate for a discount. We know that updating your wardrobe tends to leave those older styles unworn. So, we’ve come up with a charitable and sustainable solution where our UK customers can donate via our Online Clothing Bank, in partnership with The Salvation Army. In return, you'll receive a 20% Bo&Tee discount code.
HOW DO I DONATE?

- Follow the steps on the screen to register your donation.
- Package up your preloved clothing and unwearable textiles.
- Download the QR code/label and take your parcel to the local drop-off.

What happens to my donation?
When you donate your pre-loved clothing, it is sent to The Salvation Army for review. It will either be: resold, recycled or remanufactured.
So far, we've raised £3,488.86 and diverted 1872 kg of clothing from landfill through resale.

What can I donate?
Clothing, shoes and accessories from any brand can be donated in return for a Bo&Tee discount code, as a charitable and sustainable solution to rehoming your pre-loved pieces.
They can be in any condition! Your donations can be used for all kinds of purposes, from resale to recycling the materials into new products or remanufacturing into fillers for soundproofing or insulation, there is so much that they can be used for.
As long as your parcel is secure, no heavier than 20kg and with no 2 sides longer than 120cm, send anything that you have.

HOW MUCH IS THE BO&TEE DISCOUNT CODE?
You'll receive a 20% Bo&Tee discount code to your email once you have dropped off your parcel of donations!

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY DISCOUNT CODE?
Within 24 hours of your parcel being scanned by the courier, you’ll be sent your Bo&Tee discount code through to your email.
If you don’t receive your code after 24 hours but you’ve had confirmation of your parcel being delivered, get in touch with our Customer Service team. -
WHAT TYPE OF PACKAGING CAN I SEND THE ITEMS BACK IN?
Anything, re-use your Bo&Tee packaging or another brand. Or put your items in something that is non- see through, sealable and waterproof. Please ensure your parcel is secure and no heavier than 20kg with no 2 sides longer than 120cm.

I've lost my qr code, how do I find it?
Type in "Bo&Tee donations" in your email search bar. The QR codes don't expire, so you won't need to make a new one.
