1: Chilli Cheese Omelette 


First on our list of easy and affordable high protein meals is a chilli cheese omelette. This is sure to up your protein intake for the day and is definitely budget friendly. You can choose any ingredients to suit your taste, such as tomatoes, pepper and spinach and if you want to boost your protein that little bit more, why not add some salmon?

 2: Baked Avocado Eggs


Second on our list of easy and affordable high protein meals is baked avocado eggs. These are perfect for breakfast or brunch, they taste amazing and they’re super simple to make. Really, all you need to do is add egg and cheese to the centre of a halved avocado and bake - feel free to add any toppings or extras you like!



 3: Chicken Fajita Bowl


If we’re looking for an easy and affordable high protein meal that’s perfect for dinner then we can’t get enough of a chicken fajita bowl. In simple terms it’s basically everything you’d include in a chicken fajita wrap but remove the wrap, add rice and voila! 

 4: Sausage Pasta


Next up on our list of easy and affordable high protein meals is sausage pasta. This one really is what it says on the tin, sausages with pasta. You can pair these with whatever kind of sauce you like but if you’re looking to keep costs to a minimum then why not add a tin of chopped tomatoes, garlic and some spinach. Also cheese on top is a must - if you’re asking us!



5: Chickpea Veggie Curry


This easy and affordable high protein meal is perfect for veggies, vegans and anybody who likes a meat-free option. Chickpeas are high in protein and delicious in curry, simply pair with any vegetables and curry sauce that you like, add some rice and enjoy!

6: Turkey Mince Bolognese


Number 6 on the list is turkey mince bolognese. This easy and affordable high protein meal is lower in fat compared to the usual beef mince and you can switch your usual pasta to wholegrain to make it that little bit healthier.



7: Tofu Stir Fry Noodles


Last but by no means least, we love tofu stir fry noodles. This easy and affordable high protein meal is perfect for nights when you’re craving a takeaway. It’ll save you the extra expense of a takeaway but is sure to satisfy you all the same.
