Of course we headed straight for TikTok when we were looking for the best fluffy protein pancakes recipe and after lots of taste testing this one by Daniel Kohler (@daniel_kohler) came out on top! 

 

Ingredients:

 

300ml low fat milk (or milk alternative)

70g vanilla whey protein powder

150g whole spelt flour

Toppings of choice

10g baking soda

2 whole eggs

 

Method:

 

Step 1: Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl.

 

Step 2: Heat oil or butter in a frying pan.

 

Step 3: Fry a spoonful of pancake batter until it's risen and golden brown. Repeat until all of the batter is used up.

 

Step 4: Add your toppings of choice and enjoy!
