Summer Brunch Event

Step inside Bo+Tee’s summer brunch at The Secret Garden in South Place Hotel, London. The event was held to celebrate the new Supercharged collection by fitness queen, Domi Waffles. She enjoyed the afternoon alongside her closest friends and Bo+Tee influencers, such as Kady McDermott, Joanna Chimonides, Isabela Fernandez, Chiara Pugliesi, Danielle Metz, Hayley Madigan, Estare, Aylish Rutherford, Fiona Simpson and Britt Shaheen - you should check them out on insta!

 

 

The talented team chatted over a fun and nutritious brunch, and it’s safe to say the menu was to die for! See their options below:

 

Starter: 

Corn & yellow pepper gazpacho, coriander, spring onion, shallot (VG)

Cornish crab cocktail salad, brown crab, gem leaves, red onion

 

Main:

Caesar salad: parmesan, burford brown egg, croutons and josper grilled chicken breast

Courgette & orzo paella, saffron baby onion, salsa verde (VG)

 

Desert:

Peach melba, vanilla cream, raspberry sorbet (VG)

Selection of ice cream and sorbets

And if that didn’t quite hit the spot then they could also enjoy an exclusive ‘Supercharged’ smoothie! After their refreshing 3-course meal the girls were invited to choose their favourite Bo+Tee set from the new collection and have it personalised by the talented team at 3rd Rail Limited.
