Orders placed before 24th September: orders must be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, extended to 30 days for store credit.
Orders placed on or after 24th September: orders must be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange extended to 28 days for store credit. For US customers, orders must be returned for a refund within 7 days of delivery, exchanges within 14 days of delivery, extended to 28 days for store credit. Return fees are priced per return, and will be deducted from your refund at the time it's processed. Orders placed before 24th September 2026 will receive their first return free. Orders placed on or after 24th September will qualify for a free return on their first order within the first 7 days of delivery (excluding US customers). Please note, if you return your entire order, the free return fee is voided.

We offer labels for 28 countries. If your country isn't listed, you can still register your return using our portal, however you will need to self post your return back to us.
Once we receive your return at our warehouse, we'll process your refund / store credit / exchange within 5 working days for UK customers and 14 days for International customers. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's been processed, and should allow a further 3-5 working days for funds to appear in your account.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, returned with all original tags attached, free from marks, perfume, deodorant, or other signs of wear.
