A polyurethane coating is applied to this garment to achieve a waterproof finish. This coating naturally comes with a slight odour, as such we recommend airing it in a well-ventilated area for at least 72 hours before use.
The water-repellent coating may wear off naturally over time. Strong chemical dry cleaning agents may result in damage to the waterproof coating.
