Lunch Idea 1: Protein Pasta Bento Box


The first nutritious lunch idea for work is the Protein Pasta Bento Box by @momnutritionist. This bento box is quick and easy to make, simply add pesto pasta to the bottom section of your bento box and in the divider above add brazil nuts, peach, cucumber and tomatoes. If this combination of fruits, nuts and veggies isn’t quite your taste then switch them out for your faves. 


Lunch Idea 2: Hummus Veggie Sandwich


Another nutritious lunch idea by @momnutritionist is a delicious hummus veggie sandwich. This one really is what it says on the tin: bread, hummus and your salad of choice. Add some blackberries, pumpkin seeds and dark chocolate on the side and enjoy!


Lunch Idea 3: Curry and Rice


Again, another beauty by @momnutritionist but this time it’s the classic combo of curry and rice. Add your curry and rice of choice to the bottom of your bento box and in the dividers above try some strawberries, almonds and Greek yoghurt.

Lunch Idea 4: Gut Healthy Salad Bowl


This gut healthy salad bowl was designed by @glowingwithgrace and we simply can’t get enough! Add chopped carrot, onion, avocado and chicken to quinoa and a mix of salad leaves. Drizzle with some oil and add salt and pepper and voila, it’s ready to eat.

Lunch Idea 5: Taco Salad


The queen of tasty meals @healthica came up with this one and we instantly knew you’d love it. When it comes to finding nutritious lunch ideas for work we always head to Jada’s page and this taco salad is a dream. Fry mince with some taco seasoning and layer this on top of lettuce alongside some black beans, red onion and tomato. Top with some homemade guacamole and drizzle on some salad dressing.

Lunch Idea 6: Plant-Based Bowl


We don’t want to pick favourites buuuut… if you’re on the hunt for a nutritious lunch idea for work that’ll keep you full until dinner then this is the one. Created by @foodandmoodnutritionist, this plant-based bowl is the ultimate go-to daily lunch on the go. 


Add quinoa, roasted Cajun sweet potato, grilled red pepper, salsa, cabbage, cucumber, sweetcorn, roasted chipotle chickpeas and a big dollop of guac to a bowl. Drizzle with chipotle dressing, chopped red onion, coriander and chilli and a squeeze of fresh lime juice and enjoy!

Lunch Idea 7: The 9-5 Special


The final nutritious lunch idea for work that’ll keep you full is by @nutritiouslyeasy. Simply add chopped rotisserie chicken, cucumber, celery, fresh dill and red onion to a bowl. Mix in some avocado mayonnaise and you’re good to go!
