Tour Week 4 - Glasgow

It’s time we brought the tour home. Hey there, Glasgow!


Last week was our final Bo+Tee Tour event and what better place to finish than our hometown, Glasgow. We packed up our equipment for one last time and headed to Platform, a vibrant and industrial venue in Glasgow’s City Centre. Here, we were joined by Body by Amy (@bodyby_amy) who put the team through their paces with a PWR class at 12pm then again at 3pm. A PWR class, in case you were wondering, is a full body workout that’s guaranteed to get you glowing with sweat. It’s a mixture of cardio and weights combined and is sure to leave you feeling powered up! We were also joined by DJ Elisha McEleney (@elishamac_) who made sure the best workout beats were blasting throughout the day.

For the final stage in the tour we were proud to welcome an extra special guest, Lucie Rose Donlan (@lucierosedonlan). After taking part in the PWR class she left us some lovely words on instagram:

The team got very hot and sweaty, while putting the brand new Bo+Tee ‘Inner Strength’ collection to the test during their PWR workout with Body by Amy. Then they took some time out to cool down and catch up while snacking on some insanely delicious healthy pots and drinks by Juicy! (@juicy_uk_)

 The Juicy menu was designed around the concept of ‘strength begins within’ which we absolutely love! They treated us to 4 completely different types of superfood pots, making sure there was something for everyone. Read the menu below:

 We’ve had the best time getting to work out with so many of you across the UK over the past few weeks so thank you all for coming! We hope you’ve loved our fitness and wellbeing classes and much as we have and hopefully you’ve learned something new along the way.
