Let us explain…
From the 3rd to the 1st November we’ll be uploading fresh fitness content by the fantastic Zak Mason to our 30 day challenge hub. This’ll be a combination of workouts to help you grow your glutes as well as working your core, upper and cardiovascular system. The programme includes online videos for both gym and home workouts that show you exactly how to do each exercise.
Make sure you keep an eye on our TikTok and sign up to our emails - you don’t wanna miss any alerts! Oh and did we mention - the challenge is completely free!
Who is Zak Mason?
If you don’t already know who Zak Mason is then don’t sweat! We’re here to give you the inside scoop. Zak’s a top class personal trainer, specialising in glute development, with his clientele ranging from the likes of Cheyanne Kerr to Mitchell Halliday and many more!
Before he delved into the world of PT he served in the British Army for 8 years. Speaking about his journey to becoming a personal trainer, Zak said:
“The whole reason I decided to leave the army and become a personal trainer was because I wanted to help people through fitness the way I was. The idea of being able to use my own personal experiences to aid others in their quest to reach their fitness goals, in turn improving their physical and mental wellbeing was one of the main reasons I set out on my journey as a PT.”
30 Day Challenge: The Lowdown
The 30 day challenge consists of 5 workouts and 2 rest days per week. If you miss a workout, don’t panic! You can revisit all workouts on the official hub as and when it suits you and the best part - it’s completely free!
Expect to see lots of glute focussed workouts, as well as some full body conditioning, abs and cardio sessions. During your rest days, why not spend some time practising wellness and prepping your meals for the coming days. Need some inspiration? We have lots of high protein recipes to get you started.
The Launch Event
On Wednesday 28th September 2022 we hosted our exclusive Bo+Tee x Zak Mason 30 day challenge launch event - and what a night it was!
Those of you that were lucky enough to get a spot on the official guest list arrived at Victoria Warehouse, Manchester at 7pm sharp to browse our pop-up shop before warming up. Zak’s fitness class had pulses racing from 8pm and lasted an impressive 45 minutes, trust us when we say: this was a sweaty one!
After everyone had (finally) cooled down, we enjoyed post-workout protein shakes and protein energy balls. The pop-up shop then reopened and everyone was invited to engrave their very own Bo+Tee water bottle!
